Description

Coopers Hill | Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust

Famous for its steep slope, Cooper’s Hill is also an internationally renowned ancient beech woodland with areas of open scrub and grassland. Please note that from mid-September tree felling and maintenance will be taking place due to ash dieback. It may look a bit drastic, but this work will open up paths and let the sunshine in, create more of a mosaic of habitats and encourage a more diverse range of plant species.
